Teroson MS 939 is a modified silane polymer that cures to an elastomeric thermoset product by reacting with moisture. This high-strength and high-elongation adhesive is used for elastic structural bonding and sealing to a wide range of substrates.
Curing times and skin formation depend on temperature, humidity, and the depth of the fixing joint. This adhesive can cure and set faster if you increase the temperature and moisture in the area, while reduced temperatures and humidity slow the process. This one-component sealant is sag-resistant, making it a high initial tack adhesive.
This adhesive is non-corrosive and odourless. It is also free of solvents, isocyanates, silicones and PVC.
Demonstrating excellent adhesive properties to many substrates, it is compatible with suitable paint systems. It does not need a primer for a wide variety of applications and displays superb UV resistance. So, not only can you use it for interior applications, but you can also apply it to exterior surfaces without concern.
This adhesive has the necessary strength for elastic bonding. It is widely used in the vehicle repair industry and the construction industry. Also, the RV and caravan manufacturing industries rely on this adhesive for elastic bonding.
